Natural weight loss does not start with your body. It is your mind that starts the process you need to make up your mind so that would be dedicated in achieving your target of quick weight loss successfully.
Any person who tries to lose weight is aware of the fact that mind plays a vital role in reminding you about how hungry you are and foods which are not supposed to be eaten appear more attractive than ever.
It is not possible to have a detailed discussion over the psychology of dieting, but there are many tips which are helpful in many ways:-
(a) Set short term goals to yourself. When you set yourselves short term goals and then you reach them, you get high, a natural high. Your body takes this as a pleasure and you see everything more clear and positive.
(b) You should try to find out what role does food plays in your life. Do you take food as a source of comfort when you are unhappy or stressed?
(c) Do you take it to get rid of your boredom?
(d) By doing the way you can avoid yourself from falling into the trap of eating when you are not really hungry.
(e) Make a community of people who support you and your quest of weight loss. People who are negative regarding your weight loss can be dangerous and you must stay away from them.
(f) Try to plan your meals and make a note everyday regarding what you had eaten your activity level and how you felt that day. If there is any relation between your mood and what you ate?
(g) Think about your way of eating and try to change it according to the usefulness. For example you can with chopsticks of carrots etc which allow you to pick only small amount of food at a time so you slow down.
(h) Try to small plates for eating it will help you feel satisfied on small diets. Try to be positive about what you are doing and about yourself. Positive attitude towards work will ensure success.
(i) Always keep the benefits of being psychologically active in your mind. Try to be manual as much as possible by using stairs instead of lift and escalators, by walking as much as you can.
(j) Whenever, you get tempted, keep on reminding yourself about what you are doing, don’t pay attention to negative thoughts coming in mind and keep your goal set in your mind, focussing on it, and don’t give up.
